The Darlington House in La Jolla is a great option if you are looking for a location that you can have the ceremony and reception at the same place. They do have noise restrictions so the music can't get very loud but it is just loud enough to dance to. We had the ceremony in the fountain courtyard, cocktail hour in the library patio courtyard, and the dinner reception in the main large courtyard. It was a fairly conservative group tonight. They danced the entire time and the energy level was appropriate for this type of location. Joanna Falb with Unforgettable Event helped to coordinate the evening.
